Very very very very poor service. I submitted same complaint 4 times and they closed successfully without even answering me. Very fast service.

Today I visited here with my friends for some work regarding my certificates. Really it was a good experience, staff is too kind and friendly, helping by nature, really I was feeling that I’m in any cafeteria or somewhere else where helping staff is asking any help and for snacks and tea and coffees offering, ماشاءالله good, wonderful customer happiness center, I request to all to visit here one time most if you need any work related for your certificates........

With my respect to them, when it come to the normal and standard paper works I guess they are ok, but when it come to requesting specific needed information related to my business, its like speaking to them in a foreign language. They simply told me go to Dubai and there it was even worse. If I have to star rate the government department the ministry of education do not even deserve half a star.

It's located on outskirts of Ajmaan and comes after Hamidiya Police Station. The bus stop for this is Hamidiya ADNOC gas station.
The Ajmaan bus service is pretty good and ply from Ajmaan bus station (Al Musallah bus station), platform number 4, every 30 mins. Starting from 0530 H to 2300H.
Bus fare is as low as AED 3 for a one way trip.

There are no restaurants, Cafeteria of food courts anywhere near this office.
However, the closest ADNOC gas station has a McDonald's which can give a temporary relief ????

The MOE is a huge campus with very friendly and helpful.
They operate from 0730 H to 1400 H.
Fridays and Saturdays are non working days.

Hi all
last 20 years i been here, yesterday we went to ministry of education in ajman with my family .we are so happy because we didn't get any services and hospitality from any other departments never .also there is system issues but they care us .we don,t have word to say the service which we received yesterday-thank you again

Good place. Google will not giving exact location but you can reach to outside road. All the people visiting this place are offered tea, coffee and water. People are helpful and staff is also very helpful. Inside premises parking is difficult but outside you can park your car. As like other Government places, it's exceeds customers expectations.
