Booked this for a long weekend, the cleaning needs looking at. The downstairs toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned, was poo mark down toilet and round rim and oily film floating on water.
The dishwasher hadn't been emptied and didn't wash very well until we cleaned it out.
Upstairs shower cubicle had lots of mould around the mastic.
The bedside cabinets are uneven on top making it difficult if taking water to bed for drink in night.
The games room does smell damp, but was OK.
The furniture is tired but functional.
The hot tub was good and clean but if disabled no way to use which is a shame as the place is designed for accessibility if disabled.
It's in a nice area and near to retail park for supermarkets and restaurants. The owner is lovely, not sure we'd go back though.

Found it needed a deep clean, and play room very poor with broken pool table.Only thing usable was table tennis. Behind beds was disgusting, and nail clippings in living room on floor. This holiday was payed for by my daughter. We was not impressed. And left very disappointed. Hot tub fine, everything else very disappointed but couldn't complain it was booked by my daughter as a treat. 2 out of 10 is being very generous.

Stayed here for a weekend break. Fantastic time had by all, will definitely return again.
