Jack is an extremely skilled and experienced health professional. He is a knowledgeable, capable and confident physiotherapist. Most importantly though, he is patient and kind human being. Jack has supported me in my rehab journey by giving me the confidence to push my body enough to heal, but has also skilfully managed my inherent anxiety about doing this. Jack is my one stop shop for my sports injury rehab, sports massage and personal training. His knowledge is vast and he’s helped me quickly overcome Achilles tendonitis, knee and calf issues to get me back running. His PT sessions are fun, varied and he knows exactly how far to push you each time. Highly recommended!

Thank goodness for Jack! After suffering relentless shoulder pain for over 4 months after an injury, Jack has made an incredible difference after just three sessions. He is the ultimate physio professional, very personable, gets on with the job and makes a real difference.

So glad Jack has helped me make such progress that I can now think about getting my old life back on track. Highly recommend Jack at Energize Therapy!

Jack offered up a really clear and supportive recovery programme after a long-term cycling injury. From the outset he was insightful, clear and very focussed on the issues and steps to find a balanced solution and recovery. Always friendly and communicative, he was on-hand to help and support between sessions. It has been a huge benefit to my cycling and a programme I will continue to use beyond these sessions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack and will certainly be reaching out to him again for future sessions.

Jack knows what he's doing when it comes to physio. From treating my lower back pain, sciatic and shoulder pain to unlocking tension in my side when I was unsure what it was- a true professional that provides an all-round service and superior manual therapy skills compared to previous experiences- highly recommended.

I was referred to energize therapy through work due to continual back pain whilst carrying out my normal day to day work. Jack has shown a high degree of knowledge and skill in demonstrating his ability to help me on the road to recovery. He has given me the tools and advise to understand why I get the back pain and how to combat it. I cannot recommend him highly enough in his help and skill to aid me on my way to recovery. I have nothing but praise for Jack Pomroy’s knowledge and skills as a physio. I have made serious improvements with long term shoulder and knee injuries in a relatively short period of time. The latter was threatening to stop me running more than only short distances. Highly recommended!
