Park has had some recent upgrades lately but it's still less than impressive. Not much for toddlers and the park is often invaded by teenagers.

Needs updating and more things for kids to play on...Also skate park and basketball court could be looked after better/regular ie clearing broken glass.

The park itself is quite clean just a shame the skate park isn't well maintained for the kids

Lovely Green Space for picnics playing Enclosed park area Fantastic view across the River to Scotswood Benwell, and Elswick.

This park is quite pathetic. There's plenty of space to have swings for the over fives
Why can't there be a cafe. It would draw in a lot more people and I'm sure both parents and children would appreciate it

There's a small park for little ones, monkey frame and rocket shaped climbing frame, there's 1 picnic table, 2 medium size iron seats a medium winding metal reading bench where your kids can read of Zalien the Alien story a bowling green(carpet/green) and a big open field where football is played, kite flying, drone flying people with dogs playing catch. Apologies if I've missed anything.

The little rides are rusty and old aswell as the goalposts on the field, but I had an alright time playing footie with some lads and had a jog around and a nice atmosphere.

Very safe just wish the Killingworth cafe would be open more and not just school holidays they should be open every weekend because of all the work that has been done around the lake more people are walking around and could and would use the cafe
