My dad had been a resident at Hyde Lea for almost 2 years until his death last month. I can honestly say that this is the most amazing place and a
truly outstanding care home. The love and care he received from literally every member of staff was exceptional. It is run like an extended family and we had the complete and utter confidence that not only were all his care needs met but that he was treated with love and dignity. My dad had lewy body dementia and especially towards the end of his life had complex needs, especially around feeding and swallowing. This truly wonderful team of staff were excellent in every way and the compassion shown to him, myself and my family was wonderful. I will miss them all so much and want to thank every single one of them not only what they did for my precious dad but for the amazing care they give each and every single day caring for this vulnerable group of elderly adults living with dementia.
