Worst experience ever, after being a regular customer for months, I bought a month dinner subscription & was informed that I’ll pay extra 2 dhs per delivery & in the last day he sent me lunch instead of dinner by mistake to which I refused to accept, next day they challenged me to pay 5 dhs for delivery, when I made a problem they sent it normally & informed me for next subscription I’ll have to take it away! I even asked for the shop owner to call me which didn’t take place. After ensuring Abou Rabie Dubai doesn’t belong to them I go to Dubai but will never buy from this shop again & even stopped many friends from dealing with them..

Craig was brilliant, I had been turned down a payment for life insurance, and when I queried it they had stood by their decision. Craig and resolute claims took on my case and worked tirelessly, collecting data and working with the ombudsman. This week I have the money. I could not have done it without them. If you have been turned down for a life insurance pay out it’s worth checking to see if they can help.

I can't recommend Resolute Claims highly enough; in particular Craig Syme who got Zurich to review their decision not to accept my claim on a critical illness policy. The end result was that Zurich paid.
Resolute Claims are very effective at what they do. 5 stars.

Craig has been absolutely amazing from the moment I contacted him regarding a life insurance company that refused to pay out my late husband's life insurance. His advice has helped me move forward and given me the confidence to fight this company for every penny that I'm entitled to. Craig has followed up with emails and phone calls to see how it's all progressing and has continued to be a fantastic support to me and my family. Craig of Resolute Claims has provided an excellent service as our representative in a case against Aviva. This was not an easy case to take on; Aviva were quite adamant they were not going to honour a critical illness policy after I was diagnosed with a fairly rare form of cancer. Craig has been an excellent communicator and a reassuring presence during the whole process. Even after Aviva appealed, it was Craig's determination and professional relationship with the ombudsman that won the day.

I cannot recommend Resolute Claims highly enough. From the very beginning my advisor Craig Symes demonstrated an exceptional understanding of my situation and worked tirelessly to ensure the best outcome.

I was frequently updated on the progress of my case and whenever I contacted Resolute Claims they responded the same day to my questions.

I felt fully supported by Craig Symes throughout this process and his support of my case never waivered. Using this service has resulted in my claim finally being paid after previously being declined both initially and on appeal. Without this service i feel certain my claim would have continued to be declined. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.

Very happy with the support provided by Resolute Claims. My critical illness claim was rejected by the insurance company and then my private appeal was rejected as well. As I was confident that the claim was valid I approached RC and after presenting the situation was advised on the support that can be given. I was kept informed on all stages of the process. All in all this resulted in claim being accepted by the insurance company. Thanks again Craig and the team! All the best!
