If there is less than 1star, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it. After more than 1 hour of waiting outside in that heat to grill they refused to let us eat inside because we didn't buy the fish from them, even though I asked them before I buy the fish. Totally irresponsible and not professional or friendly. Not recommended at all.

Lovelly walk, overlooking the sea leading to fablas ice cream parlour where you can sit upstairs downstairs or outside

Windsor Gardens are two parks joined into one. At the start of both ends there are two old toll houses that used to collect a penny for entry Half way into the park there is a bridge and walkway that takes you down to Penarth's promanade. All through the park there are a really good views across the Bristol channel.

Hidden gem of a place to get away from the sea front whilst not losing the sea view with the added benefit of an icream shop and tea room to rest

Nice quiet place to sit and enjoy the views and watch the world go by.

This is a wonderful place to walk and take time. It's a route to the beach with fabulous views of coast and sea, an aviary of birds, a goldfish pond, a playground, and of course, there are the trees, flowers and fresh sea air.
