Absolutely worst Swissport boarding staff at TS123 Air Transat to Toronto today. The Agent was rude and highly disrespectful forcing me to check in a delicate small carry on even after being approved by the check in counter. She also made me get rid of my duty free because she claims Duty Free bags must be a part of the carryon allowance. Absolutely the most outlandish and ridiculous experience in my last 19 years of travel as I do so biweekly.

Been waiting over an Hour for baggage on TUi flight and don't understand why swissport take so long never like this at Heathrow and I work work with the baggage company there... Not impressed
