I had a dealing with their Ajman Store, as per my experience their customer service worst than a local carpentry shop or used furniture store. One Mr. Irfan from the store was so arrogant and don’t have any basic knowledge about customer service. Also make sure to not make payment in advance. In my case I have paid in advance but when the products delivered as shown in the picture half of the items from the damaged display pics. Also the delivery handling and transportation is not in a professional way. In my case the replacement made by our own transportation after seeing their frustrations and insulting. So if are a person with dignity and self respect please don’t visit their shop.

Very bad customer service. Came today for buying some office chairs and the owner was very polite and given me a price and asked me to come after 4pm. When coming after 4pm, the sales staff simply increase the price 15% and talking in a very arrogant manner. If I rate the behaviour of the owner it shall be 5 star but the wrong employees damage the reputation of the company.

We travelled over an hour this morning to visit my twin brothers grave only to discover that the cemetery is closed in the morning to the public due to Covid-19. I was unable to wait the hour and a half till 12.30 as I had to be at work.
These time alterations are not show on your website!! So a wasted journey.
Apparently the logic is that the employees need to work in the morning and the public can visit in the afternoon. The outside environment of the cemetery does not need this kind of seperation to keep people safe, social distancing is very easy to maintain in this open environment. Crazy policy imposed by people who have not thought this through thoroughly.
N.B. the gentleman employee on the gate was chatting to a group of approximately 6 ladies who were inside the cemetery. He then let them out. So why were they allowed in?

I come to this cemetery to visit my parents grave I find it well kept and tidy I somehow always look at head stones and think of the lifes of all the people intern there Not a tourist place only for remember my pass
I have only 1 photo its a reminder of want I go there for

Can't believe that the cemetery doesn't open till 12.30pm now. A lot of people this morning had travelled from Scarborough.
