Ajman most Lowest Service Ajman Muncipality.
They are not Doing Anything For Costomer..
Before 1 week ago i was applying one contract still in progress

I think they are taking rest all of them

Not only tht thy don’t have proper costomer service call center

And fewa , sevarage they are trying to giving best service to costomer always

By call center by Office also

I have placed a complaint request to Ajman municipality on 20 April 2020 at 19:05 pm with the ticket number AJCC-2020-57995. the complaint was completed and action was taken by Mr. Yousef Abdul assis al balooshi within no time. really a very brisk action. the main reason for writing this review is just because, in this hard situation all over the world, our municipality department is working hard no matter what the situation is, they are serving people with full support. they must be appreciated.
I want to congratulate them for their hard work.
I am very happy and thank the team for the fast service. the hardworking team must be appreciated and should congratulate them for their motivation

It was a bad experience in Grand Mall department. The lady who is there in customer service

They forced me to clear fewa & cut power on my first flat my family is still in.
Then after my 2nd flat municipality will process which need 4 days to connect power on my 2nd flat. My mom dad wife child me all setting without power and water. As per new law two flats same name not possible.
