Can you give 0 stars...? Unfriendly, unwelcome, unwanted basically. If you don't know the half a dozen people on and around the bar, you won't be welcome. One had a well rehearsed (obviously repeated) reason for not serving me - well within Google advertised opening hours.
I wasn't drunk, and I wasn't abusive. Details of abuse please? Maybe that is why you are always empty? You don't like drunk people ????

Ordered a few drinks including 2 gin and Slimline tonics but they had no slimline tonic, they only had 1 small bottle of Rosemary tonic. Barmaid informed me they had plain tonic on draught, I assumed this was like the cokes etc so with no other options I said yes, when we got the gins there was no ice in them so I asked if we could have ice but they had none, she said they had no fruit , ice or anything. We took the gins but on tasting them it was like drinking warm water, the 'draught tonic' obviously had no tonic flavouring. Won't be going back. Shame as it was done out lovely.

Forgot to take a picture of the food, however the butterfly chicken was incredible, the burger was equally as good also had the steak sandwich which they were very accommodating with and had gluten free buns !
All of the staff are very very polite and couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and taken care of ????????

We came all the way from lincoln to eat at the manby arms for my birthday after seeing photos of the lovely food.
I tried to call before hand but the number given for them isnt the correct one and they cant be reached on it.
When we arrived we waited ages in a cold doorway. A girl saw us but went through the back to go on her phone.
After we had been stood about 10 to 15 minutes she came out with her phone charger in her hand and rudely told us they wernt doing food. I informed her thier website said they were and we had come a long way and she was very rude and told us it was a last minute thing that they wernt. She had no customer service skills.
