The staff at Hawtonville, especially Sophie, cannot do enough to help their customers. They are happy, polite and sympathetic as I have a speech difficulty. They have made the effort to learn my name which makes my visits easier.

They all go above and beyond to help; especially Sophie who gets 5 ⭐️

Always been polite, friendly & efficient when I've been in. Covid and flu vaccine also given at the same time which made my life much easier.

Please pass on my thanks to the lovely nurse who gave my dad his covid jab today. She was kind and gentle with him. Great service.

Unfortunately given out of date medication .

The problem was resolved by the stand in pharmacist Tom ! Who was extremely helpful and acted immediately on the situation!! Which I am grateful.

Whilst I appreciate that the pharmacy was holding a covid clinic and it was very busy !! This medication should have been picked up as it’s obviously not been checked properly !! What else can I say !!! I will be writing a formal complaint to the pharmacist !

I will continue to use the pharmacy but I will continue to check all my medications on receipt.

Took kids for covid vaccine and was told we didn't need to wear a mask it's a personal preference even when my wife explained why wear a mask was rude and wasn't bothered

Very poor service when prescription ordered three or four before favourite saying not recieved prescription from doctors when I rung doctors about this. the prescription was sent. The staff always look at computer instead checking the trays avoid, thinking off changing chemist
