Very bad experience, terrible customer service, no delivery on time, rude attitude and lie after lie. We didn’t receive items that we paid for. All why it comes is different of what we order. Till not we didn’t get our items. Never deal with those people, the best advise to people to save your energy and money. The worse experience I ever had . Two weeks delivery is not done and payment for missing items are still not refunded. They are professional of stealing money, and give a fake promises. They are keep promising to return money for a over a week but partner returned.

Bad bad service delivery bad attitude. They deal with you like you they are doing favor for you like you got thier staff free , hanging the phone while you are talking to them .. shouting.. giving many excuses.. finally thier excuses the car is not working.. the delivery number written in the recipient is not the correct one .. so you will not be able to contact the right person.. finally hanging up the phone on my face .. still waiting for my delivery its midnight and not yet delivered.. I have work tomorrow early at 7:00 am and still waiting.
Not recommend it's headaches more than than you ever will experience.. one star is more than they deserve.. actually they are a type of service without any star Zero

Very bad service will not recommend anyone..... they take money first without money they don't take orders then they will treat you like you are taking something free... they suppose to deliver our furniture on Sunday but lame excuses given by all first they said sorry we don't know your delivery is on Sunday then they said you didn't tell us for Sunday delivery then one man from them accept his mistake that he wrote Monday delivery that's the only mistake I did that man said without any excuse that our day was wasted by them then they said in our loader car other furniture is already loaded we will deliver your order Monday morning we told them so many times that we have to work on Monday but it seems like they are not listening whatever we said they were keep repeating that we will delivery Monday morning then after long arguments they said OK Sunday 3 pm then they said it's rest time till 4 pm then they said we will confirm you after 5:30 then they said 7 pm delivery time but furniture didn't delivered we call again they said 9 and said driver is on the way we called driver he said I am loading your furniture after that I will pick carpenter then I will come so it will be around 10:30 pm then 9:30 we called then they said may be driver is praying isha prayer but driver said I am waiting for your mattress that is in making process then we told them not to deliver today because we can’t wait till 11:30 hence our full Sunday the only weekend which we get after a tiring and hectic week is wasted by NAD furniture.

Seems Nad furniture do not care about customers experience. Everytime they do false commitment . I did not get the items I paid for, still after 9 days no delivery of all items.Taken money for new items and delivered old ones. Pathetic customer service.

Very bad service. Attitude of the people from manager to driver seems arrogant, humiliating & disappointing. very bad cust, pls remove sharjah driver, bad guy ,talk not good, we are not buy free purchase, we will stop the purchase ,

Cheapest Furnitures option you get, probably no one can beat their prices in the market..but staff is quite proudish, I suppose the reason could be lack of training in customer service skills.

bad service in UAE this is every company i see how are misbehavior with customer and one items need follow so many time what they are commitment then after not finish his promises always layer only speaking fake words with customer totally mismanagement no customer service

Was scheduled to receive on the 22nd of November and nothing ever came. Then they said it was lost. Don’t recommend. They told me I was out $300
