Great service from Ross's Garage after a coil spring went during a family weekend away. The office staff helped us enormously by suggesting options. They organised the recovery and booked in to be fixed as early as possible. The four employees we spoke to were all friendly and helpful.
Car was sorted quickly over a Bank Holiday weekend. The communication was always friendly and accurate. Thanks very much Ross's for making a stressful situation much less so.

The service was fantastic and friendly Oscar love that Nathan gave him a pen.

The team helped relay transport our car from Inverness back to Lancaster really quickly.

Ross' garage is truly a fantastic entrepreneur! with the heart in the right place! We had a pucture in our back tire with the motorcycle during our holiday, Michael picked us up and brought us back to the campsite. he took the motorbike on his trailer (perfectly fastened!) back to his garage where it was save. I was able to look for a new rear tire. once found we were picked up again and taken to the right motorcycle dealer in the city of Inverness. He is a technically very competent person, very service oriented and Most of All, friendly!. I couldn't have wished for better service! Thank you All at Ross’s Garage

AMAZING SERVICE. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the woman on the phone, but she was the nicest person ever and helped to give me numbers to local tire change services to help me when I got a flat tire and my rental car company left me high and dry due to it being out of business hours. Definitely recommend, such kind and helpful people

Had to leave a review, I broke down on the A9 on my motorbike and ross's garage came out fast and kept me informed. Cannot fault the service and would recommend to anyone. They delivered my bike back to the Midlands withing a few days, thanks again Sam

Filled a diesel up with petrol, 45 mins after call they had me loaded onto the truck and fixed the next morning by 10am. Engine flushed with lines and tank. Responsive phone calls and a good laugh on the phone too.

Young mechanic came on a call out after breakdown in Mini, was 20 minutes early and spent a good 40 minutes looking and trying everything he could to help. Sadly a hole in the radiator couldn't be fixed but he arranged recovery for us. Very helpful and friendly. The guy who came later with the tow truck was equally friendly.
