If there is less than one I would rate it,,,, I ordered pcs for 9000 dirhams and I wanted to return three of them and they refused as their saying that I opened them and I didn’t even open the package as it’s not what I wanted,, worst company ever and I will take my money

Today I decided to stop using noon app.
Unprofessional staff. 5 days i waited for delivery and without informing me they cancelled my order. We can’t trust this team.

I will never sell or buy from this company. They hire cheap staff with no experience don’t put your e commerce business here or buy beware of scams and quality of product receiving. Customer service is 0 delivery is 0 their creditability 0

No professionalism at all. They don't ask for any Emirates ID For confirmation during delivery like Amazon! Plus they update once by email about tracking and No sms Confirmation that its out for delivery!
The Face wash I ordered was Leaking. V much disappointed. Atleast Pack properly. The 2 stars r only for the fact that the items were Atleast delivered on time .

The rudest staff I have ever came across, especially the security personnel. I just went there to have a quick chat regarding the logistics and operations but they didn’t pay any heed to my queries. The staff should instead guide in the politest way possible.

Awful place! Went here a few years ago after falling down the stairs and seriously injuring my foot. I was told that I was fine and not to worry about it, even though I had a lump on the side of my food. Went to the hospital the next day, had an X-ray and I have a condition where my feet grow extra bones and they are very painful as they grow and I landed right on top of this bone.

Came again for mental health problems I had been experiencing and immediately was cut off and told to go to someone else. I wasn’t even allowed to explain the extent of my mental illness before I was told to leave. The doctor had a ridiculously heavy accent and I could barely understand what she was saying. I’ve seen 3 doctors for different mental issues but have been ignored and pushed away every time and it’s disgusting. What does it take for someone to receive the correct help? Do they have to be on the brink of death before you’ll react?

Useless is an understatement the receptionist is a joke the doctors dont listen and pay more attention clock watching to get you out of the door.update i haven't had my inhalers for months now trying to get past that receptionist to get an appointment is madness every time i phone i get fobbed off as i did today yet again told to phone back Monday because she cant make any new appointments for the following new week starting Monday ? and my wife wonders why id rather suffer than play games trying to get past her to get seen my anxiety is at crazy levels i cant breath with my copd , true story i went in there one day to prove a point to a friend how bad they are, i said i was having a mental breakdown im thinking of harming my self i need to see a doctor i was asked by the receptionist if it was an !!! emergency !!! and they could only fit me in 5 days later at that point i left. my advice go else where i hear madeley are a good doctors and the staff very friendly and professional unlike woodside.

Doctor was nearly 2,half hours late calling me for phone consultation. Then when I spoke to her she basically told me I was wrong about the time I’d been away from work , then told me I should be ok after having covid , never gave me chance to tell her my symptoms. Then said make the most of my last day off . Which to me sounded like she was saying I hadn’t been I’ll . If I was always at the doctors asking for a fit note I could understand but iv had two in three years one from a serious accident and this . I’m so angry I may take this further. This is why phone
appointments don’t work . I thought this was supposed to be a careing industry .I worked although the pandemic and had no time of working as a full time carrier. Absolutely disgusted the doctors behaviour

Feedback. Had no problems with the surgery feel very confident that if I have a urgent problem they would respond ASAP. Never have I had a problem getting through on the telephone ☎️ or making a appointment well done. WOODSIDE MEDICAL PRACTICE

Couldn’t get a doctors appointment for my 3 year old ASD non verbal son, who once I had contacted 111 and they told me to take him to the urgency department he had an ear infection in both ears! We had 4 & a half hours sleep in 2 days, these didn’t care. Yet they rang me a day later to book me in for my booster even though the park lane centre are doing them. They’ve also sent me a further 5 texts to get me to book for my booster. Which I’ve actually had done at the park lance centre. They also sent me a text and apparently a lot of others to book in for my smear, I booked. Got someone to watch my kids ect.. nurse refused to do it as it’s not due til April 2022. That was bad in its self, no apology or nothing! Dr abbey/Thompson can also remove my implant but can’t put another one back in due to medical reasons & hopefully should be able to come January.
I was also on a final warning from kicking off at these so many times from messing my kids about. They love the words ‘it’s viral’ in there. Woodside doctors also refused to sign the shared care form for my sons melatonin. They honestly don’t even deserve one star.

I then registered with court street, massive difference they’ve clearly had the right training - they show you respect & politeness - told me to get my paediatrician to send them the shared care form & they will sign instead of me going to malinslee every month to collect.

Woodside doctors need investigating. I’ve heard and had so many bad experiences with them. I literally only stayed with them due to being right at the back of my house. So glad I changed doctors now.

Took my 20month old baby with fever and complain that he is not eating well to see a doctor in room 14 , doctor refused to take blood sample and check his ears he said there is nothing wrong with the little one, fever didn't stop so we went to the hospital and baby head ear infection. stay away from that doctor I think he got his doctor licence in Kinder Surprise toy

I Wish I could give a 0 rating as its not worth the 1star, I have been at this practice since I was a little girl and used to think it was the best, however as time has gone on I've noticed the doctors here don't really listen and to make it worse the receptionist is rude, unhelpful and very unpleasant to talk to, it doesn't cost anything to be kind and I strongly feel training is highly needed, I work with in customer care so I know what some people can be like however that's no excuses for blatant rudeness,if I had her name I would be including it on here so she can get the training and help needed unfortunately she is so rude I didn't want to be talking to her long, hopefully this will be seen and needed changes are done, I will no longer be going to this practice in the future

I have always found my experience (although limited) with Woodside Medical Practice to be perfectly reasonable. I do not ordinarily visit the doctor very often, I usually use the "walk it off" approach to healing.

However, due to a particular issue that refused to be corrected with time, I booked an appointment and was seen by Dr. Wong who only works Thursdays I was informed. My initial appointment was quick and easy but it was my follow up appointment that I was particularly impressed with. Between my initial appointment and the follow up appointment, my father sadly passed away without any warning and I was not in a great mind set when I went to my follow up appointment. She was, for reasons unknown, running 40 minutes behind and other patients (ironic name) in the waiting room were being quite vocal about their dissatisfaction for having to wait.

When it was time for my appointment, I tried to keep it brief so that she could try and make up her lost time, I can only assume that there had been some kind of emergency as this was a morning appointment and she was already 40 minutes behind whereas my previous appointment was in the afternoon and I was seen almost exactly on time.

We discussed the results of my tests and I told her that we could wrap it up quite quickly so that she could try and catch up but she insisted that we look at the results properly and discuss any next steps. She also picked up on my state of mind and enquired. I explained what had happened and she then spent an extra few minutes asking about the circumstances and my well being. She also gave me a leaflet and further advice and very earnestly told me to look after myself and that herself and the team are always there if I needed anything.

I honestly cannot recall another time when I have been treated with such complete compassion and respect as I have by this doctor. She is a merit to the practice and the profession in general.
