Worst company iv ever dealt with, I stupidly bought a car without going to view it personally as I live in the North East however the lies they have told to get this car sold is beyond belief, first day I got in the car a message came up and car wouldn't budge then trying to get them to come and collect the car to fix it was an ordeal in itself I bought the car in September it didn't get took back down the country to them until December they then had the car over 2 weeks and wanted me to go without the car for a further week over Christmas I refused as I think I gave them plenty of time to fix the car, I then recieved disgusting emails from them saying they wouldn't deal with me again after the car got delivered back to me and I would have to go directly through warranty! What so called company acts in this way?! I was only asking what work had been done on the car and what was actually wrong, still to this day I have no idea and its STILL breaking down every other month, please stay away from this company if you want a smooth car buying experience and a car that is reliable!

do not recommend absolutely! Take your good mechanic whom you trust if you decide to buy a car from them. He should check the car because they are not telling the truth. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on! Better look for a car elsewhere! The problems with the car started while it was still under warranty, but they refused to pay! The man spoke very rudely, and then started shouting into the phone. This was the worst car buying experience ever. Then they stopped answering letters! Run away from there.

I had been looking for a car for a long while and found other places really pushy until I came across these guys, they helped me buy a car and gave me a good deal on my part exchange.
No pressure from them they just gave me all the information I needed and explained everything.

I have recommended to friends and family and my friend has bought a car from GTJ CARS.

Recently purchased a car through GTJ in Thetford and Jacks and James could not have been more helpful if they’d tried. Secondhand cars are always a difficult game but with a superb after sales service and year’s warranty the problems that did arise have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They even provided me with a car when mine had to be at the garage for 10 days. Car salesmen carry a certain reputation but these chaps have shown none of that!

I was really nervous about buying a used car but Matt and Lewis really made me feel at ease I don’t normally write reviews but they were great and deserve one. I bought a Qashai from them having only £6000 for a car they helped me find exactly what I wanted and even brought it over from another branch free if charge and with no pressure to buy it if it wasn’t write thank you.

If I could give a zero star rating I would! this company must be avoided at all costs. I am writing this to save heartache for people who want to purchase a car from this company. I purchased a suv, I had to wait about 3 - 4 weeks to pick it up and when I drove it home the red engine light came on. I handed it back and they said they had sorted the issue out so again I was left with no car for a few weeks. Again the red engine light came on I contacted them again to sort the issue out but this time they was very rude I can’t believe a company would behave the way they did over the phone they basically butter you up and then once the car is brought they don’t care and act like it’s not there problem. I don’t want people going through this stress it’s not right! Absolutely shameful and disgraceful

Recently purchased an Audi a3 from GTJ CARS. Customer service was excellent. Answered all questions asked and helped me decide on the right car for me. Cannot fault any of the staff. Very welcoming!!

Bought a Focus from here recently and was very impressed with the way it all went. The car was well prepared and the sales process was calm and relaxed, with no pressure from anyone. Triss, Glen and team made sure all the paperwork was ready for when I came to collect my new car, I would highly recommend this dealership. 10/10
