Out of 4 elevator 1 is working and servings 320 flat . Don't come here worst building in ajman . Need 30 min to come up and down.. stay away from any GJ building and real state

I came here in May 2021. There were not many people then and it was working well. You will notice that there is no water or electricity from the morning until the next day. After that, everything has been broken since November 1, 2022. The lift does not work when you bring my child from school. No electricity, no water. Walked up to the 28th floor and walked down. No water, no light. Washrooms are used in petrol stations and supermarkets. He kept saying that he will come today and tomorrow. How long will he leave school and stay at home. Then he used the stairs till 28th floor. It lasted for more than a week. I thought it was over. But now 2023 Feb 9 again .. I don't know when the water that disappeared in the morning will be available. Now the morning of Feb 10, water did not come. Problems are common anywhere. But here there was no mercy from the boss. Went in and out of the office.. There was no hotel or other accommodation, water or food from their side. Any problem should have a permanent solution from the owner side. Don't question the customer's patience.

, please do not buy from this company. It does not abide by its promises, cannot manage the residential towers, and does not respect the residents. We are now in the same project, the Oasis Towers opposite it, and the central air-conditioning has been cut off from all residents for more than 24 hours, without giving any information on the date of completion of the repair, or not. They answer phones

If I could choose to move, I would. Despite being new, building itself is poorly made. Soundproofing is so bad you can hear everything clearly from upstairs and the hallway. A month after I moved in pipe from the toilet suddenly burst without it being my fault and I still had to pay for repairs. Maintenance isn't free and expensive. Management isn't helpful when you complain about issues.

Worst building ever! We’ve been having water cut for more than a week now and there’s no proper communication , right now it’s 5:50 am and there’s no water , we can’t even go to work ????. We have no lights in the corridor and AC is simply not working . Living in this building is torture , we regret renewing our contract.
