Very good service. Came out when said.punctual and fixed problem pretty quickly. good polite professional helpful communication.
Only delay I had was getting the bill. Which wasn’t a problem!

What an outstanding young man. Our service engineer was polite and extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. He spent time explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Along with a service he sorted out a few other issues. He was a credit to the company. Thank you Shropshire Boiler Care.

The engineer was very polite, helpful and considerate in respecting the inside of our property by asking if he needed to remove his shoes? Based on this experience we would have no hesitation in recommending and using the company again.

Excellent service from Wyn and the team. Attended my elderly mother in the coldest week of the year to deal with her boiler breakdown. Prompt, efficient and a lovely company to deal with. The kindness shown to my mother is really appreciated, even leaving her with radiators whilst her new boiler was ordered and installed. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and quality of workmanship is superb. It is so unusual these days to find a company that goes over & above. Shropshire Boiler Care does just that. Thank you.

Boiler service booked easily via email, got a date for the following week. Received a message 30 mins before Ben was due to arrive and he arrived on time, completed the boiler service thoroughly and he explained the work that had been completed. Received an email with details soon after he left. Can highly recommend and would use again.

Everyone has been lovely. Quick, supportive service which has enabled me to have hot water and heating again. Tried other companies and they just wanted to sell me a new boiler. So very grateful for everyone's honesty and openess on how to fix my boiler. Great service and will be using this company again.

I contacted Shropshire Boiler Care looking to get a boiler service to which they were very responsive and quickly booked it in for me. On the day, Ben was fantastic, received a message in the morning letting me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and with a friendly attitude. He was quick, efficient and I was really happy with the service that was provided. Would 100% recommend and will continue to use them for all my boiler needs going forward.

On calling this company they appeared to be very friendly and responsive to an issue with my boiler. They came around and were very friendly and assessed the boiler using Youtube videos which was a little worrying. They then said that the issue was "definitely" the electrodes to which they replaced and subsequently invoiced later that day for £170. The boiler however was not lighting up still so they came around a couple days later and then said the issue was "definitely" the heat exchanger and pressure gauge, which they they invoiced me for £415. Still not working the following day after invoicing close to £600! They then refused to come round until the invoices were paid despite not fixing the boiler on either occasion. After threatening to pass the invoices to debt recovery a few days after invoicing (!) I paid the invoices and had someone competent come around and fit the boiler within an hour at a charge of £140 (Gas Mark Plumbing and Heating, would highly recommend). Despite an initial friendly front these guys really lack knowledge and in honesty any sense of customer service. Also, they charged an extra hour labour at £85 when they finished another job at 5pm in Newtown so wanted to cover their transport time back to Shrewsbury where they live!!
