Onyx Hotel Apartment is one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotel in ajman. I had a wonderful atmosphere in this hotel. Very clean and marvelous place to have relax and to spent the time nicely. The housekeeping staff and the receptionist are very helpful, kind and friendly people. Really I am appreciating the staff and the hotel management.

Excellent customer service. All reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment and you can call the reception to ask for a cleaner 24/7. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. You can ask for microwave and other cooking equipment during your stay. Lots of shops and restaurants around walking distance.

Excellent customer service. All staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment and best service . Good ambience also the food and drinks from the cafeteria is exellent and very much clean. All of them are good hospitality

Excellent customer service. All reception staff very very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment and best service .otherwise You can get taste yummy food all so there is a restaurants in tha hotel

Room was okay ....but need to improve to little more things like ,they don't have charger in the hotel and toothpaste they have add in housekeeping. Rest was okay.
