The wrost courier service by far. Your delivery guys have no courtesy and have no manners. If your company does not care for its customers please shut your shop. You guys don't deserve to be in the service industry. For the kind of attitude shown to me by your delivery guy I should be taking you to consumer court for such atrocious behaviour shown. Request respectable brands to top using this courier service as your delivery partners if you want to save a face in this market.

I had bad experiences with this delivery company, such as delay delivery, incorrect appointments. I can't recommend any customer or dealer to deal with it.

i just had a very bad experience with this courier service driver few minutes back... i was not gonna post or say something about the incident but the attitude and manner is just incomprehensible... the driver shouted over the phone, he mandated us to meet him at his location (which should be the other way around), he showed a very angry face and manner of talking while dealing with the client and much more that he doesn't have any trace of professionalism at all.. 9/80785

you definitely have to do something about the driver's attitude because it represents your company, much more if he is dealing with a lot of customers on daily basis.
