Highly recommend Nicole, she is a kind, caring and knowledgeable lady who takes pride in her work and really enjoys seeing her clients benefit from the treatments she offers. I attend for sports massages on my shoulders which significantly eases the discomfort and gives me greater movement for many weeks making exercise and daily chores so much easier, and I get a much better and more comfortable nights sleep afterwards too.

Last night I had a massage with Nicole. I suffer with ongoing shoulder discomfort and have been unable to resolve it myself. Following the treatment I could put my seatbelt on easily (hadn't realised prior it was an issue!) And doing the usual household chores today feel like the tension has reduced massively and strength returning. Thank you for getting rid of the knots! ???? recommend!

Excellent, calm, knowledgeable, professional and caring. She really takes the time to listen and understand so you feel like an individual.
