Loved Papa johns & its attractive deals. Thank you for amazing offers. Pizza was super delicious along with garlic butter. Muhammad service was great. Appreciate his quick service.
I filled the online feedback form after scanning the bill but sad I didn't get my 300 points. This is disappointing ????

Sorry to say it’s very Average ambiance / hygiene . Papa John’s pizza is good compared to other brands in UAE .

There is no hygiene! They are not wearing gloves while preparing food!

The worst Pizza place I have been to ever, the place is filled with house flies I even managed to click a picture of one.The seats are torn and the drinks machine is not working. I didnt even finish the food I ordered cause of the number of flies that were there.

The staff was friendly and attentive and taste was good, it's just the flies that ruined it for us

Pizza are good with dippings.. Buffalo wings is a must! Last time we order on their app and selected "Carhop", thinking somebody is waiting for us. We need to call and inform that we already there, and customer service advise its ready for collection? we asked for Carhop, why we need to collect inside the store.. we had no choice, pizza are already ready, but payment using credit card is, waiting for their machine to work properly, waited at least 30min, and decided to pay cash.. we came home after 20min, pizza are already cold..

Its Day 1 of Ramadan so we decided to have some Pizza at home, went to Papa Johns and lucky enough the staff offered the Ramadan deal which is 1 large pizza + 1 medium pizza + 1 small pizza for only AED61 it was all worth it so I got excited and tried their chocolate rolls for AED15 which is 8pcs, it is nice pair after eating to much pizza we got to enjoy the sweet during the first Iftar ???? Amazing staffs as well! ????????
