I was lucky enough, a few weeks ago, to find a taxi during an emergency. This is a one person operation and would never let you down. I was advised it might not be possible but the lady *apologies to her as I forget her name* kept me informed and was a true life saviour when it mattered. She offered to help me (I'm terminally ill) with my bags, and stayed as long as I needed. She was so worried (rightly) about my health that she was reluctant to go. It's people like this that make the world a beautiful place to be

I have been using Taxi Ko for more than five years. It is the most reliable, responsible service in and around Kings Lynn! I have entrusted to Taxi Ko journeys of an elderly and slightly disabled relative of mine travelling on her own - to and fro the Kings Lynn area and beyond - even to Cromer. There are no words to express how grateful I am for the kindness and understanding with which the Taxi Ko owners treat her and me. I telephoned Taxi Ko at short notice to take me to my daughter's house forty miles away in an emergency due to my grandson being taken to hospital. As a lone female, having a taxi company which is reliable, safe and with whom I felt totally at ease is a godsend and was even able to take my little dog with me - who I will add is very well-behaved in a car. Thank you for your excellent service and i will not hesitate to use you again in the future or recommend you to others.

Punctual, efficient and reliable service. Good communication with operator all throughout the booking, and confirming of times and arrivals. We tried them as a pick up service from Gatwick to Norfolk. The driver was early and had preempted our needs: had bottled water ready for us in the car, and friendly adequate chat on our long journey home. It was also helpful that the driver put us at ease, by asking us if we needed toilet stops, and told us to just simply ask. I would definitely book with them again.

My first time using Taxi Ko today. I had to go to the hospital to get a knee injury checked.
The driver opened the door for me, helped me into the car, and was chatty on the journey there.
I said I would be needing a taxi back home after I'd finished at the hospital, and he said that I just needed to call them, and they would collect me, no matter how late in the day.
5 hours later, he arrived within 5 minutes of me calling. He offered to come into the hospital to fetch me.
First thing he did?
He asked how I got on, and was very interested to know more about my problem. He actually came across as caring.
This was very much reinforced when we got to my house.
He pulled up onto the drive so I had less distance to walk, and he waited to make sure I got inside safely before he left.
A1 service!

The taxi driver was so friendly and helpful - he gave us a mini tour of the area on the way to our destination and was able to explain some great historical facts.

He picked us up on time on the return trip and was as excited to see us as we were him. I wish more taxi drivers were like him. He made our evening. Would highly recommend. Very reliable and affordable.
