Had a problem that required antibiotics but was many miles away from my GP , had a consultation with the pharmacist and was issued with the requisite tablets for a small charge! Absolutely first class service, (Lloyds Pharmacy take note!!)

The in-store staff are lovely, very efficient. However since deliveries have been undertaken by a new person I've been questioning the store-found it was actually the delivery lady herself , Rachel, as opposed to the in-store staff; no social skills and bad communication. This isn't me being spiteful because I've been removed from the delivery list, I've met her one other occasion unrelated to pharmaceutical, hence being absolute about it:
Apparently I'm taken off the list because of two occasions I refused delivery, and took me a while but I remembered the first-i told her I hadn't paid, she didn't say anything or even advise I can pay by phone after the delivery.
The second time was because I still had a week or two left of my prescription, trying to be honest on both accounts and thinking I was helping the NHS costs, why receive when I already had some.
My other experience with this lady is her winding kids up who were volunteering at a local community event, it was apparent how bored she was. My partner was also uncomfortable both times she'd answered the door to her, "something about her".

Efficient and timely, convenient opening times, and helpful staff.

This chemist was closed when I had an appointment for my covid booked in early October, dont even live near by .
