As a retired surgeon this is best primary health care I have met anywhere in the country. So lucky to be living close especially in these days of poor support for the NHS. Very good access to excellent acute hospitals.
The newly built surgery with more doctors and nnurses is superb..

Friendly , great staff on front desk with helpful recommendations.. lovely nurses and fantastic doctors!! .
Dispensary there too which is super handy who again are really helpful n spend the time with you .. and it's really quick too for repeat scripts or scripts just got .. overall cannot complain!!
Wheelchair access and parking, and several wheelchairs to borrow which is great!!

Really friendly staff, from the helpful, smiling receptionists..to the more than helpful nurses (always so very busy)giving all the time n more if need be and genuinely care ..any times iv had drs called thru, as busy as they are give the time and explain in 'layman's term' too ....every Dr iv seen has been very respectful and positive..always with their personal , warm, smiling greeting and farewells, they too give all the time you need!.. Dispensary service is also at the surgery,iv only just started using (since the farewell to Burnhams chemist) n all the dispensary team,as busy as they are too, especially now with the extra workload since the chemists closure, they too give time,discuss,always very bubbly!.. ☺
Overall, a pleasant surgery with lovely staff throughout, theres a large, comfortable waiting area with many seats.. A big thanx to the whole team!!????

Appointment at 4, ending up waiting till 5:45. Redicoulous service for a 5 minute appointment.
