The room was large, clean, and well-equipped with modern conveniences. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, complete with opulent products. The cuisine is unquestionably the highlight. The hotel restaurant presented a superb food buffet with a variety of alternatives to satisfy all preferences. Lunch and supper menus were equally remarkable, with a wide range of international foods beautifully cooked and presented.
The hotel personnel was polite and attentive, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Overall, I would suggest the Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and pleasurable stay in a handy location with fantastic restaurant options.

Visited the hotel during the Eid holidays, and really enjoyed my stay here. The service was wonderful, and the rooms were spacious, neat and clean, and the bathrooms were clean as well. Really enjoyed the food at the breakfast buffet as well, would like if there could be more options for the food next time. Would definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone interested in staying there for their service, location and food. 10/10

Place is good in respect of the ambience. I went there for Breakfast buffet paid almost 70 AED. The items were less as compared to any other place having the same charge. But yes whatever was there in the menu it was really tasty

Very unexpected staycation. Very nice hotel, lovely and professional staff, great food (especiallythe breakfast!), decent gym and pool, cheap prices (compared to hotels by the coast). Only bad thing was the smell of the bedsheets and the noise in the hallway/pool.

Stay at Radisson Blu for almost a month, its really nice hotel and relatively new, but the service of the staff and their knowledge is limited. Unfortunately the maintenance of the rooms is not up to 5 starts hotels and spoted a lot of broken nom operable items in the 2 rooms i stayed on. Service on the restaurants also is not up to high standarts hotels, missing a lot of items plates lying around on tables etc. If management will be more active it can be a really nice experience with them.

We have received a very good reception and helpfulness in finding transport to our final destination for our business trip. Concierge Kamal was a good link for our transport safety with just the right local knowledge.

We went there for dinner with family . We sat at larder for couple of drinks. After a while we moved to filina restaurant for food. But there was a staff who doesn't know how to talk to guest . They have mentioned about a soup with it served breads in the menu card . Upon highlighting that the bread was not served with soup she denied that it is not there and they were not at all sorry for this as well. The attitude of the staff was not at all positive and if the guest is expressing there concern they are in returns telling the guest to be quiet .

We avail the afternoon tea at Almas Cafe and we were blown away by the spread. Food was excellent, price for the afternoon tea is worth it, the ambiance is relaxing, and the service is top notch. Thank you to our server Ms. Nishida for accommodating our needs and checking on us. Kudos to the chef who explains the pastries laid out for us. Will definitely come back for more!
