Our stay was amazing and couldn't have been better. The rooms were clean comfortable and beautiful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. But it was the staff we appreciate the most, Greg and the team made us feel welcomed like family and never steered us wrong with advice for the food or local knowledge on places to go visit during our stay. Absolutely well worth the price.

What a gem! Amazing setting, fabulous decor, good food, and a star staff member.
Nothing bad to say about The Hafod. We had a brilliant three-night stay to kickstart our trip around Wales. We loved the design, the relics of its past, the old mixed with the new; very tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything worked, everything was clean. The menu could have been a tad more interesting, but everything we ate was cooked perfectly and made with excellent quality ingredients.
Our star staff member was reception, bar, and waiter, rolled into one (out if season). I think he must have a more senior role as the other two staff we encountered were wearing a uniform. Anyway, he is an asset to the hotel - great at his job, very helpful, with a sparkly character. Thank you for the gin cocktails!
We had a larger room with a sofa, and possibly had a bathroom to match. Nevertheless, the quality of the bathroom installation is probably the same in all rooms. Very good!
The only thing we didn't like was that we were on the top floor, and the stairs became quite tedious, especially after the descent and ascent of the falls, or in our bike gear. Still, fabulous views, and nice and quiet.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Last Minute trip booked at the end of half term.. We had a family room/suite and it was outstanding. The dinner, bed and breakfast deal was well worth the money. Excellent food, lovely staff and lovely rooms. Nice atmosphere in the bar area whilst watching the rugby.
Devil's Bridge itself is a lovely walk too. Can't wait to go back.

Very over priced in my opinion. Food was average at best ( my partner had the worst meal she's ever had and left it). I was served 2 thin over cooked lamb cutlets for £26. Good location for a drink or two and no idea what the hotel is like but I will not go back for food. If I had been charged £13 for the lamb I would have considered going back if I could persuade my partner ( not likely). A shame.

Had an amazing overnight stay at this beautifully stylish hotel. Spotlessly clean and full of charm.
Super friendly staff and delicious food served in super quick time.
Cannot recommend enough and will definitely be making a return

We only ate here. Beautiful location, the hotel is a lovely old building. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the food is good but quite pricey for the portions.

Amazing room with a beautiful view. The food was absolutely perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our entire trip!

Extremely delicious food with extremely generous portions. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the food was fairly priced.
Beautiful scenic location added to the experience too.
