the customer service is really good, they used to come to our flat in Ajman UAE without us even calling them, shows how much they care for the customers, however we stopped getting water from them because their water caused food poisoning for my whole family and my mom was in a very critical condition and had to be taken in an ambulance, since then we have discontinued using real.

Very good customer service well said all offer n benefits.

Actually i am taking water from zayan, now that company take over by real water(information from the delivery guys) but they are giving only 3bottle water prize also high but i don't care about prize, before I am getting 5bottles water becouse al the time night only i am available at home, same i informed the delivery guy but their behavior like crazy, he is telling he can only provide 3bottle, I don't know very careless peoples
