Absolutely terrible food this lunchtime. There were 4 in our party with no other customers waiting at the time of ordering. Eventually our food came after waiting for 3 other parties of a similar size to be served before us Haddock & chips - the fish was sloppy, batter soggy and chips tasteless. Chorizo & seafood tagliatelle was over cooked with the langoustine on top impossible to eat as couldn’t separate the meat from the shell it would seem it had been under a heat lamp as very dry as was the belly pork as it had an obvious ring around the sauce on the plate and finally the burger from burger and chips had shrunk so much it was half the size of the bread bun and cold. My party contained my elderly mother who is very polite and asked us not to make a scene and complain so out of respect for her we didn’t but if it was up to me I wouldn’t have hesitated to point out to the waiting staff and talk to the management as this was a disgrace and feel they really should be aware of the terrible quality of the food they are serving

This was supposed to be a 10oz sirloin. It came to the table and I sat and waited for the other dishes with veggies or chips and nothing came. I thought surely this can't be it. I felt embarrassed eating it to be honest. I think I even paid extra for the peppercorn sauce if I hadn't I would have had one mushroom and one tomato on the plate and that skinny steak which the till price said it was a 8oz but the barman quickly stated "But it's a 10oz" the bill was over £30 with one pint of Moretti.
