I had never really had to use the surgery until having my baby. The care both of us have received since has been fantastic. We are always able to get an appointment when needed and the surgery really take baby's health problems very seriously which is so reassuring as a new mum. Every doctor I have seen has been fantastic with us. I've lived in a few places over the years and been to several surgeries and this is by far the best experience I've had. Thank you.

I cannot praise the doctors at this surgery enough , on the 3 occassions my daughter has deperately needed medical attention this surgery has gone above and beyond my expectations to see my daughter and prescribe the medication she needs. Dr Barr and Dr Lowry are a credit to this surgery. Thankyoi????????

We are new to Dronfield and Dronfield Medical centre but unfortunately ( for us ) have had a couple of medical incidents needing treatment. Without commenting negatively on our previous practice of 25 years, I feel compelled to say that this medical centre is a paragon of excellence in comparison. We have been amazed and reassured at the levels of responsiveness, efficiency and kindness shown. We feel extremely fortunate to be under their care. How lucky are the people of Dronfield. I hope they know this!

I had a couple of issues booking an appointment, however the practice manager was incredibly responsive when I have feedback. I've been really impressed with support from Dr Grayson, who has been consulting with me over the phone. Even via phone she is incredibly kind and compassionate. She goes above and beyond and you don't feel like you are just one of the many calls I'm sure she makes everyday. Rather a valued patient.

On the day appointments available, friendly and experienced team of doctors and nurses, couldn’t have done more to help when our son was unwell.

Had such a inefficient service from Dronfield Medical Centre today.
Prescribed antibiotics for my baby son. Went to collect from Lloyds nextdoor and they were shut due to staffing. So went into the medical centre to be given a written prescription to be taken to another pharmacy. Drove to Peak Stubley Pharmacy with said prescription to be advise that it has already been dispensed by Lloyds and that I could not get hold of the anti biotics. I can not understand why Dronfield Medical Centre would send me on a gamble that the prescription had already been dispensed and either had no way of knowing or couldn’t be bothered to find out. I then had to call the medical centre and request a new prescription to be sent to Peak pharmacy in Stubley. Not only did this lead to a waste of my time but also the doctors time creating a new prescription.
I understand Lloyds pharmacy being closed does not help the situation but Dronfield Medical Centre should have systems and processes in place for this situation in ensuring patients in need aren’t left stranded and more so that baby’s in need aren’t left stranded.
I want to raise this complaint/review so that the medical centre can review their process and ensure they put measures in place for future.

I think that this is the best medical practice I have been treated in. Everyone is very kind and helpful. All staff are well trained and highly professional, and, most importantly, they truly care about you.
