I came yesterday for an issue with my CRV 2019. They kept throwing me from one person to another.

The garage supervisor is so welcoming, honest, experienced and generous person.
I have repaired my car twice there and checked another car and I can recommend this garage for all my friends without thinking.
Reasonable prices and a very big area.

So on 31th of July 2022 around 10 am I took my VW Touareg Along with the spare parts needed for oil change ( oil filter , air ,AC filters , and brake pads front + back replacement) , which should be half day job at max . They promised to hand me the car ready by night .
However for some reason , they couldn’t find the wheel lock to remove the car alloy wheels ( which was on trunk below the spare tyre all the time !!)
So they didn’t bother to search properly and they just called me before closure time that I need to keep the car with them till they figure it out tomorrow .
So I waited till next day 1st of august 2022 and went to collect the car around 18:30 hrs .and to my surprise , the brake pads still not replaced and car was parked somewhere outside behind the shop. I talked to mr abu Umar and he said unfortunately they couldn’t find the wheel lock and they dont have any wheel locks for VW Touareg . So they don’t know what to do . So I went to my car . And took me 5 seconds to find the wheel lock inside the trunk.
the rest of the job was done according to them . ( oil , filter and plugs change) .( they don’t hand you the old spare parts )
So overall impression and experience :
#It’s a mediocre , busy and crowded Auto-shop with 3 - 4 hydraulic car lifts inside , moderate standards . ( not as advertised )
#Bad customer service / communication .
#Prices were ok . As per market .( I think) they charged me 750 aed ( labour charge) for ( oil , plugs and ac filter and air filter replacement )
#Very limited waiting area ( 2 small benches ) with below average air-conditioning .
# i will not use their service again .
Piece of advise : if u ever decide to use their service , you need to WAIT for your car all the time . Maybe only then you will get all the service you need and in timely manner.
