The building is clean unless you follow up the watchman. Neighbours are keeping water bottles outside which is harming the general view. After complaining the security asked the neighbours to remove them inside home, but then it comes out ????

Lift always busy

Maintenance is very poor,allmy flat have painting issue since last 6 month, no action taken

Worse neighbors, all the time using fire at home which will make alarm all the time without any action from the building in charge

Maintenance is very bad. Also, humidity is very high inside the building.

A home in a good neighborhood easy never got problems with parking always available inside and outside. Easy access to supermarkets restaurants and discount store highly recommend this place for anyone looking for simplicity alongside quality.

It's a 3 residential towers, appartments are 1BHK and 2 BHK. It's ok as new building but I notice that maintenance team are not cooperative, if you have an issue they will not respond, also cleaning is not done regularly
