If you want to enjoy very very nice and long lasting perfumes, visit this place. They have variety of perfumes with reasonable prices, perfumes prices ranged from 100-150 but really nice. Can stay on your dresses for the full day.

I called for a mini bus when it arrived we had a driver called shaun. He was amazing he went above and beyond for us. There was one of us in a wheelchair he got her in and out the taxi would let me help. He needs a award for his customer service skills. Top class bloke

Spent a lot of money using road runners, use them frequently throughout the week. Today the driver turned up 15 minutes early, waited 2 minutes then banged on my door numerous times. As it was early, I was in the garden not expecting the taxi for another 15 minutes. (They’re actually usually late.) then the driver just left. After calling the company, I got abused verbally and cussed at. With being a regular customer that spends a ridiculous amount of money with the company, you expect more. Maybe an apology? Not foul language. Or is that too much to ask when you’re spending £20 for a 10 minute journey?

I cannot thank the whole team at road runner taxis enough for rescuing us from missing ourholiday flight after xscape taxis let us down by not collecting us. Within five minutes of me calling we had a taxi at our door a smiling taxi driver ed who not only got us there on time but did it with time to spare. We arranged a trip home with them and all future transfers will be carried out with their magnificent family team.

Booked a taxi, got the text saying it's on it's way... It's was priced at 5.80 when we get in the car the man starts shouting £10 it's £10 (considering we got the same taxi 2 nights before at £5.80) he was saying he wasn't going to take us for £5.80 and kicked us out of the car. People need to beware that these drivers are greedy and they add more money on your fare. It's disgusting.. Called the office they said it was a mistake they're end but as we got into the second car the second driver told us the people in the office goes the long ways on purpose for more money as they're are road works going on..

The set fairs have gone from 16 pounds to 20 pounds lowestoft to james paget hospital petrol has gone down but they are putting there prices up please ring around before booking other firms are still 16 pounds on a Sunday

Late almost every time. Rude and miserable sounding woman on the phone 70% of the time I call.
Lack of customer service and lack of taxis, how can there be 0 taxis in the whole town available? Need to rework so you have spare taxis for NON School runs?? Maybe a good idea for people who WORK too?

Never will I use these taxis again absolutely disgusting the way spoke to been ill just got off to sleep got phone call saying where r u in rude manner I said not me ordered the taxi just was wondering how got my phone number called the company and the owner of the company was very very rude raise his voice down the phone and told me mistakes happen and told me I should listen absolutely shocking behaviour especially from the owner never would I recommend these again absolutely vile

Roadrunners are sometimes good with me and there are good drivers depending on who you have every time I ring the firm they are very pleasant and very kind and sometimes when they arrive they apologise for taking a long time or if they get stuck by the bridge but they always good price.
