8 people in our party. We all wanted Sunday roast. The service was terribly slow, we waited nearly an hour for our main course and when we spoke to the waiter he said there was a glitch in the kitchen and the order had not been printed. When our meal arrived it was obvious that the food had been cooked several hours previously and reheated my vegetables consisted of 4 rock hard roast potatoes, 1 carrot and 2 black and dry parsnips the other people also had broccoli which was wilted and not freshooking fresh looking. The roast meats were dry and we had to ask for extra jugs of gravy to pour over
I would suggest that the roast dinners be served up to 3 pm and the menu changed. A very disappointing experience which will not be repeated.
