Opening times for parcel collection are very limited, parcel again failed to deliver our parcel on two occasions even though we were at home last attempt 11:20 today (Friday), it is now 14:35 and the parcel collection office is closed! No wonder customers use the more efficient and cheaper Evri and Hermes courier services instead of parcel force.
