The paper products I tried, including paper towels, toilet paper, and facial tissue, were all high quality and provided excellent value for the price. The paper towels were durable, absorbent, and soft. The Ultra Soft toilet paper was very soft but still strong. The Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong facial tissue was gentle on the skin but still strong. Overall, I would highly recommend these paper products.

Have had taxi services with them since March and have been quite satisfied with everything provided. Drivers always courteous and friendly. People in the office friendly and always accommodating when possible. If they weren't it wasn't due to them but hold-ups on the road or no-one available due to already being out. Quite satisfied. I use them as I trust them and was recommended by another lone female who travels by taxi. :-)

Very impressed with the
phone call to pick -up time & the texts telling you the taxi's arrived & what car to look out for are a great idea. The car was neat & tidy & the driver was friendly & drove smoothly. I can definitely recommend A-line!

I've used A-line taxis now three or four times and they are great value for money, the taxi drivers are extremely friendly and the service is reliable. Depending on where you are, it can sometimes take a while for the taxi to get there (for example from the hospital) but they always come. I've even taken one in the middle of the night to the East Midlands airport and the driver arrived very punctually and charged a more than generous price.

Phoned yesterday (with only 40 minutes notice), to get to a funeral (we’re not from the area), and after speaking to the very helpful guy on the phone, we were picked up and dropped off in plenty of time.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again when we come back to Chesterfield.

Really friendly when booking and told me the price in advance. The taxi came exactly when they said it would and the driver was nice and friendly too, great service, we will definitely use again.

On time and a comfortable ride as well as a pleasant driver.
Update on that as I was once again in need of a taxi. The first one tonight, 18:45 didn't arrive until just after 19:12. 27 minutes late. Return journey booked for 21:15 didn't turn up until 21:25. It wasn't as if I had given very short notice, to do so then a delay is expected but I rang 4/5 hours in front.
The drivers and the taxis themselves do the company proud.

My Wife and I had the pleasure of traveling with this company yesterday from Chesterfield Hospital to our home in Matlock. The Fare was very reasonable and the driver was most polite and helpful. The car was in a good clean condition and this with the driver made for a very pleasant journey for us both. Thank you everybody at A-Line for such a good service and pleasant experience, we will have no hesitation ion recommending your taxis service to any of our friends who need such a service when they are in Chesterfield and will certainly be using you again ourselves,

Picked up at one o'clock in the morning after a short break in Europe with loads of luggage,driver first class, very nice chatty guy and efficient.
