Everyone at Send Express Cargo is Awesome. They always keep open great communication through emails about incoming containers. I have never had a problem with anyone or anything.Happy to Send Express Team.

I have had a very bad experience with the team. My cargo included some home items like kitchen sprays , creams body lotions and food items like dry fruits to India. The packaging done was not correct the seals broke the dry fruits had cleaning sprays on it the packaging they did tore the bottle seals broke. The items were received in a damaged state. This happened in October. I reported the issue on the same day and no one has taken action or contacted back even after repeated follow-up I made. The team should cover the damage. Goods worth almost 400 dhs have been damaged.

I am still waiting for a call from the team.

Do not choose them as they do not take responsibility .
