Spot on for a laid back pub lunch/dinner. Reasonably priced, great no nonsense food and the pint of Green Monkey was stunning especially in the heat we’re currently experiencing! Will be returning on a Sunday with the lads on our motorbikes soon!! Dogs welcome too if you can’t leave at home! Cheers folks!

No diet drinks, no beans at 2pm on a Sunday when things were pretty quiet - we were informed with zero apology and poor attitude from the staff. Very disappointed as came here a while ago before it changed hands and was very pleased with the menu and service.

Would recommend the restaurant highly, had a fantastic roast lunch.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be going again and again.

Unexpected stop off for a drink to cool down as was a very hot day. Beautiful pub, staff very friendly. Would like to go back at some point and try the food.

Had a lovely evening with friends. Food very good and staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Had a Sunday Roast with friends on Sunday. One of the best Sunday lunches I've ever had. The Beef Brisket was absolutely delicious as were the all of the veg etc served with it. Well done!!! Will definitely be a regular at this lovely venue!

We've been here many times for evening meals and breakfast, it's our favourite place to eat as a family and with friends. Excellent service and a beautiful building kept at an impeccable standard of cleanliness.

After a fantastic meal with family for my birthday a few weeks ago...my wife and decided to go out for a meal today. Disappointing.....food not fresh.....mixed leaf on starter was limp and slimey and processed cheese slices used for nachos with cheese!!! Every thing else was greasy as it was refried the chips, the breaded mushrooms and the frozen beefburger was microwaved to reheat! Never again!
