Whilst browsing a class 40 N gauge sound loco I happened to come across Arcadia models and ticked the interest box on the loco. I received an email from Tim and he mentioned he had one in stock and proactively messaged with postage cost to Australia. Great friendly service and good pricing, very pleased and would recommend people to try this shop for yourselves.

Always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Myself and my family are new to the modelling scene, and every time our 4yr old comes into the shop he's just so excited.

Tim is always on hand to answer any questions and guide us in the right directions.

This place is a little gem, it's got everything you need and more, a model railway delight. The owner's are lovely and very helpful.

Been twice now on a day out for my husband's birthday. This place is bijou but utterly crammed with a lot for the model rail enthusiast. Everything is neatly displayed and staff are very knowledgeable and very pleasant. There's always a small selection of second hand goods as well. Always worth a visit in person!

Absolutely brilliant little shop with extremely helpful staff, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, tons and I mean tons of stock had exactly what we went for, we will be back soon for sure :) thankyou

Fantastic customer experience. I have to praise Arcadia Models as I ordered a model railway locomotive one Friday lunchtime at a great price. The member of staff that dealt with me was so pleasant and very helpful. The loco was delivered to me well packaged, in perfect condition, the following morning. I was both surprised & delighted. I will certainly be buying from them again.
