Came for car passing. Entrance found backside of the Adnoc Petrol Station, pretty confused entrance point for first Comer. First i entered in to the building but only 2 counter were active and on of them told to go and in the car queue, thus i waited in the queue for about 25 minutes around to get my turn. I went on Ramdan period around 11am.

Update 2... 16 may 2021..
It has closed for maintenance untill further notice...

2019 review:Quick and fast service,less than 30 mins i finished the car inspection. Didnt face any issue except had to pay cash instead of card....

Payment process for fines are difficult as its moving from 1 department to another.
And the additional charges to make the fine payment from insurance is not a good experience as they charge AED 50 as with pendamic we are already getting low with our monthly budgets.

Straight to the point
For sure because of regularity checking was quick but still efficient

Only counter was on the phone so was in a rush to answer my questions, however well answered

I used to go to this place every week but it just gets worse. First of all they pressure washed the mercedes badge from the alloy and didn't even bother to tell me. They could have at least handed it back. And the last time I went the windows and mirrors were still dirty, they didn't even bother to wipe them and when I got home I noticed dirt on my door that just wiped off with my finger. It's really sloppy work and even worse when they are busy

Poor standard of wash, Rushed, Bad Chemicals with many items missed. Went back to address the issues, seemed apologetic, however the second attempt was just as bad.
Many parts of the car missed, and still missed second time round. The alloys were hardly touched.
The soap they use has a very high PH value, which means if used on any Galvanised surface it will be badly marred, and it will stain any black plastics, unless it is rinsed off thoroughly, which of course is NOT done.

First time using this car wash and I’ll be back again!! They did a fantastic job! So friendly and they took their time. The car looked as if it come out the show room. Wash & Dry with tyre shine and a free air freshener £6 bargain ????????????????

1st time using this place. Staff were friendly, professional, and super quick, but quality is still very good. Car all sparkly again. ????
