Jim was absolutely amazing!! He made the daunting prospect of a trip to the whitby goth festival, whilst staying a few miles out of whitby an utter breeze. Collected my wife and I at the pre-agreed times on both days of our stay and also helped us arrange travel back to our apparentment, after midnight, with a friend of his.

Could not recommend highly enough!!
