Didn’t expect the coffee will be that overpriced!!! Although it’s small size cup! I hope the barista (workers) are getting reasonable salaries!

First note, it’s not very well signed posted. You need to head over towards the lower plaza and cinema parking areas. There is signage there but nothing else around bluewater. Experience was really great at the pick up area. It is a car park but I knew that when I brought the car, but there were rows upon rows of Tesla 3’s and Y’s. It was 3pm on a Thursday so very quiet. Felt really sorry for the two people from Tesla who were in the cold all day. Surely Elon you can give your team warmer clothing!

I cannot believe this is where they ask you to collect your newly bought Tesla. It is a dingy and dark underground carpark. Long queue (no seating or heating available) and then was given the keycard and told to be on my way. No effort to show you your car or anything resembling the standard customer service. Annoyingly, the car was given with low charge. When I reported that the (new) car had visible scratches on both doors and the front, I was told with a smile that they are sorry (something I am very used to by now) and that they couldn't do anything. They said I would have to drive my car to Park Royal, so another 1.5hr drive, to have the issues addressed. Really quite shocking. It is a shame as the cars are lovely. Would I recommend Tesla to anyone? Absolutely not. In fact, I would actively tell people to avoid.
