Very very poor quality of salon services. Staff at this salon have less than a month's experience or no experience at all, if you tell them it's wrong way to do, its not how treatments are done in the salon world. They try to damage your hair, etc. They practically know nothing about treatments. If you're educated and have self-respect and a standard don't waste your time with people that barely understand the basic of the treatments. This is what happens when you hire a janitor to do a facial.

Very nice salon in Ajman. Good hygiene is maintained ... high quality products are used.Cheerful and welcoming staff. I particularly recommend Miss Merlita who is an expert beautician and hair stylist.

Very very bad experience ???? yesterday I went for hair cutting n facial, cutting was OK but facial she did nothing they took high price she said it is our best whitening facial with polish but when she started she just did back neck massage only no facial massage even on my neck, she put the cream then she give steam and removed black white heads n applied mask she didn't even touch my face like professionals do in facial massage infact I also knw how to use fingers steps on face n neck but she didn't nothing like that and after completing she said I did deep cleansing but took full price. Very disappointed not recommend I can't afford too much money but I paid for nothing ????

I really like the place and the girls, but the management keeps rotating the staff. Every two weeks you feel like you are walking into a new salon. Every time a lady gets and understands your needs, I find out they sent her to another branch and same for massage. Literally, coming to the salon is becoming stressful these days. I am going to switch the salon unfortunately because I am tired of explaining everything over and over. I mean there’s a reason whypeople stick to one place right? We stick to one salon because it’s comfortable and familiar. I hope the management will take this into consideration!

This is the by far the worst salon my wife have ever been to, make sure to read reviews before actually going there. Most reviews with exceeding stars are fake just like the staff here. None of them were skilled. The staff were extremely terrible and had no customer service skills whatsoever. NOT a well-reputed company in the area -- known for inappropriately touching the clients on the name of treatment (whether a hair cut or an eye brow plucking session). You pay them, they don't pay you!!! Make sure - the treatment is done right even if you have to raise your voice. Do it! We are not fools to stay quite about such disastrous services.

Mae is amazing, perfect in waxing and threading.
Theresa is a good nailest she works softly and well experienced too. i like the place in there. a bit expensive but comfortable.

For the regular customers there should be a good discount / reduction in prices, so we can afford to have more services.
Overall we like the center, staff and hygiene.
Its about Ajman branch in Rumaila.
Never have any issue with any staff. All are polite and gentle. Nobody never pulled hair or done it roughly.

Visited this branch in Ajman for the first time for getting new hairstyle and I love the result of my new hair cut. I am more than satisfied with the result. They are good and accommodating to their customer.
