Cheap price for soft play. They have one jumping zone fore kids more then 110 CM. 25 aed per hour. 2 Medium soft play for kids below 110 CM, 15 aed per hour. And gaming zone. Must need socks with silicon. Otherwise need to buy from them. Free parking available rooftop with parking shades. For food not much options. Papa Jons Pizza is there. Overall good place for kids.

Visited the trampoline park with my family and had a great time. There were a variety of different games and activities to enjoy, including a foam pit with battle play, a basketball court, and fireball arena. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

One thing that I would have changed is being aware of the availability slot booking system. I was not aware that I needed to book a slot in advance, and ended up having to wait for an hour before I could get in. However, this was a minor inconvenience, and it did not detract from my overall experience.

The price for the socks, trampoline, arcade games, everything was very reasonable and affordable

Overall, I would highly recommend this trampoline park to anyone looking for a fun and active activity to do with friends or family.

I do really love the place,,they have very hardworking staffs and excellent customer service, it’s a clean and healthy area for kids to play in, I have recently become a daily customer.
and I recommend everyone to come and check out this new place especially the Trampoline area
You will love it!!!

The prices are affordable and reasonable!!!

Worst Kids area | Worst experience | Worst customer service.

It became one of the worst places you can go to, nonsense procedure and the worst costumer services. They treat you as if you are getting your kids for free, but unfortunately, during this year, they increased their fees, not once but twice. If there were rating less than one, they would definitely deserve it.

There are trampoline areas for kids +7 age to adult. Lot of fun anyone can enjoyed

A friend recommended the place to me due to low price however as I brought my kids here I was told that I have to pay 5Dhs additional for socks (provided by them) if your kids are not wearing socks. To me this is like hidden charges as it is not mentioned anywhere in their advertisements about this rule. The place is too small and extremely crowded, only two staff one at the tkt counter n other at the gate. Your kid is at your own once inside. Not recommended!!

I love the Place, very clean and neat my kids really enjoy it and we came from dubai the price is reasonable, the trampoline and specially the arcade and VR games affordable price the staff there is very accommodating to my kids, to my old mom he knows how to give a excellent service in customer I want to thank him me and my mom is enjoying using VR I will give him 10 star keep it up!thanks Mlinda!

Diesel nozzle is always dirty and no gloves or wipes so you always come away stinking of Diesel.

One of Weardale's buses was traveling in front of me on the A46 dual carriageway and something fell off from its engine at the back...a cyclinder that as it came towards my RAV4 at 60 mph appeared to be approx. 15cm high and 40cm in diameter. I had a car to my left and one behind me so couldn't avoid it and it did £1,350 damage to my vehicle. I stopped in the layby in front of the Weardale bus that also stopped. There were two men in the bus that were both employees of Weardale Motor Services. I spoke to them and when we went to the back of the bus an engine belt could be seen hanging loose (presumably previously attached to the cyclinder that had come adrift and damaged my car. At the time they both agreed that they were to blame. This happened on a Sunday and so on Monday morning I called the company and spoke to a Director called Ian Gibson who informed me that the bus had been stuck on the layby until they could get a part to it the following day. Ian Gibson verbally assumed responsibility. I informed him that I was taking my car into Toyota to assess the damage done. I also spoke to my insurance company. A few days later I heard from my insurance company and was told that they were no longer assuming responsibility.
BEWARE A COMPANY BEING RUN BY AT LEAST ONE DIRECTOR THAT WOULD LIE OVER SUCH A SMALL CLAIM!!!
If they are happy to lie over such a small claim that they were insured for anyway then who knows what other penny pinching corners they are cutting...it is your life in their hands when you get on one of their buses...enough said.
