It took a while but once I understood that you can use the previous days Triage app link to book an appointment it was all plane sailing. The Doctor called me and was very helpful. I understand they are having difficulties keeping the receptionists motivated with all the abuse they are getting, shame a minority act like animals and are so rude. Keep up the good work.

contacted the surgery to arrange an appointment with a doctor after recently being discharged from hospital after suffering 2 cardiac arrests and 4 seizures being in an induced coma in intensive care then high dependencey unit. The female I attempted to speak to was unhelpful telling me to phone back tomorrow before hanging up???

The day after I received a phone call from the doctor who dealt with what I was originally calling about in a professional manner thankyou

Very friendly receptionist. Love the new booking system so you don't have to wait on the phone. Quick appointment and great doctor. Only issue was when I was called in for my appointment, my 3 year old needed the toilet so I told the doctor and went. When I came back he told me to wait outside as he was on the phone which took 10 minutes. Meanwhile my son was bored and started running around. Maybe he didn't know the call would take so long but still made the experience very difficult.

This practice is dreadfull, takes half a day to get through then when you do no appointments. Receptionists are like ice cold with a swinging brick for a heart. They have to held responsible for there diabolic performance. What do they do all day because they don't see people. Needs closing down. Avoid at all cost. When will this government make them accountable. sort this appalling service out

Thank You Dr Coleman for your response. I fully understand your busy. But my question to you would be.
Why have so many patients on your books if your surgery cannot cope with the demand. Believe me you can't cope this is not my 1st poor experience its every time I or my partner try to call.

Absolutely useless system to contact this surgery. My wife has been trying to get in touch to arrange a call back, firstly via the triage system, system would not accept the message. Again tried to use this method, message came back saying that the system wasn't accepting any more contacts today and to try phoning.
Phone line is so busy that she could not even access the queue. It is not an excuse to say that the surgery is in dispute with the current phone company.
As they aren't providing the service, they are breaking the contract signed. Stop fobbing off the patients with excuses and provide the patient care you are handsomely remunerated for.

Absolutely terrible. Been waiting for a pneumonia vaccine for over a year. Will not accommodate anyone who is working or cannot get to the surgery exactly when THEY say you should go. Do not even try to get an appointment to actually see a doctor.

What a joke it is trying to get through. Nearly an hour on hold. I got to number 1 then joined another queue to be god knows where. Eventually someone answered but then couldn't have a conversation as she couldn't hear me. Hung up in the end. 4 years this practice has failed me and I'm now having to go private because no one is listening to me or acknowledging that my blood tests are abnormal for a reason. Its cost me just over £1000 so far and guess what. My bloods are abnormal for a reason as I'm now finding out. Trying to find out which gp to have a letter addressed to and I cant even do that.

I have been having abnormal blood results now for over 5 years. Every time I question these I'm told it's just how I am. I've paid to go private because that is not an acceptable response.why do bloods if when they repeatedly come back abnormal, you're not going to investigate! So far my private lady has identified problems with my liver, gallbladder and kidneys, but hey, it's just how I am right?
