A far better Turkish restaurant than many hyped restaurants in town...ambiance is really cozy and pleasant environment, beautiful floral decoration across the restaurant...nice indoor & outdoor seating arrangement...nice staff and super fast service...

Location is amazing, right at the Ajman Corniche...

Coming to food - to start with Sultan Mix Appetizer - a special Turkish appetizer platter with 8 different meze, you get to taste variety of Mezze (mostly cold) and served with two types of bread...

Main course - Mix Grill, a combination of chicken, lamb & beef kebab...served potato wedges, pilaf and grilled onion/chilli/tomato...its a treat for your taste buds..

Fresh cocktail juice was a super charger...

Finally, they surprise you with complimentary deserts - baklava, creme pudding, mixed dry fruits jam & a bunch of fresh fruits...along with a turkish tea...

Believe me, you are going to step out of this restaurant with a smile on your face as the food & service will fill your tummy and heart for sure...

What can be better than a Turkish breakfast right by the sea? Great and attentive stuff and nice food presentation.
Delicious food a nice atmosphere but can be crowded on the weekend so make sure you are there early to get the table by the sea.
The stuff is very attentive and accommodating. Huge thanks to Mohammed who took a good care of us.
We ordered a Sultan Breakfast for 2 it was quite nice.

Our friends recommended this place for breakfast. To try everything we ordered the Royal Breakfast. It was looking awesome and also presented very well. However, we didn't like it, maybe it was not our taste, but the kids did like it maybe because of the sugar rush. The place was crowded with people. Families with kids were sitting inside and those smoking were outside and enjoying the beach view.

[05 Aug 2023]: Recently went with friend for a dinner which was an awesome experience.

[Earlier Breakfast]: One of best restaurant in Ajman with great view and atmosphere. Their menu is full of Turkish food options.

If you want to treat yourself as royal don’t hesitate to come and have their breakfast. They are treating you with platters ending with fruit basket and sweet as complimentary.

For #shishalovers, one of best shisha I have experienced here. The shisha is light and flavorful.

They are also offer a lot of great dishes for lunch and dinner. So, you have to come again and again to try some great food and it will worth it!

First, the food was quite good. The flavors were delicious, and I enjoyed the variety of dishes I ordered. Additionally, the quantity of food was generous, making it suitable for sharing among three people.

One of the highlights of the restaurant was its amazing views. The place offered picturesque scenes that added to the overall dining experience. It created a pleasant ambiance and provided a lovely backdrop for the meal.

However, I must mention that the restaurant was quite noisy. The noise levels were high, which made it difficult to have a conversation without raising your voice. This aspect slightly detracted from the otherwise enjoyable experience.

Moreover, I was disappointed by the rude behavior of the manager. Customer service is an important aspect of any dining establishment, and encountering a rude manager can leave a negative impression. It's unfortunate that this was the case during my visit.

On the positive side, the prices at the restaurant were reasonable. Considering the quality and quantity of food, the pricing was fair and did not leave me feeling overcharged.

Lastly, I appreciated the freshness of the bread they served. It added an extra touch to the meal and showed attention to detail.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sultan Saray restaurant in Ajman and was throughly impressed with my experience. Firstly, the location is unbeatable as it sits right on the sea, offering stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. However, due to its popularity, the restaurant can get quite crowded at times.
The customer service was excellent and the staff were attentive and welcoming. As a bonus, they offer complimentary tea, Turkish sweets, and a basket of fruits, which added to the overall dining experience. It is worth noting that this restaurant is more suitable for families, as it has a warm and welcoming ambiance that is perfect for sharing with loved ones.
The only critique I have is that the interior of the restaurant was a bit too ornate for my liking, but that did not detract from the overall experience. In summary, I highly recommend this Turkish restaurant for anyone looking for great food, excellent customer service, and a beautiful seafront location.

What a wonderful experience!
We ordered the Royal Breakfast (AED 188) with unlimited bread and tea refills. The meal was more than enough for 4. Healthiest yet tasty breakfast with a beautiful view of the sea that’s a treat to the eyes.
Strongly recommended for families for 4-6 to enjoy. Smaller portions and a wide range of menus are available too!

(Outdoors have shisha available. However, because of the breeze from the sea, it doesn’t affect those around as much.)

A Turkish restaurant par excellence! This is the original one located in Ajman. All the elements come together to provide a great experience - great food, prompt service, lively atmosphere and the adjoining sea (corniche). The portions are extra generous with enough hot bread and accompliments to fill you up completely. Service is prompt and courteous - it's a must go and needs repeat visits. My new fav eat out place in Ajman! ????????
