Literally the worst experience and customer service. I got gifted two days back with a nike football shoe which is quite expensive and while i wore it the size was larger and it was kind of used cuz of the marks on it. And when i came back to the ajman store from dubai to exchange even with bill, tags, and even with the pack the way staff and manager treated really upsets. What they told was i have wore it so it cannot be exchanged, well i have not asked for an exchange of model or cash return, just to change the size and without even wearing the shoe how is a person gonna understand the size fits him. Alright so i decided to purchase another shoe and no personnel came to assist or to show their options. Really disrespectful and never gonna shop from SSS. And this all happened just within 3 days of purchased date, lol. It is better to prefer Nike and Adidas direct stores than SSS for a better customer service.

wish i could have given them negative 100 rating. Absolutely pathetic and horrendous service. We bought a very expensive treadmill- Bowflex. have been chasing them for over a month for service and they just keep dilly dallying. Ridiculous !!

The worst ever after sale service, don’t buy anything as it’s fake warranty. Calling call center and sending email will not work as they dont have any SLA or escalation matrix.

Very bad experience, I bought online but the size is too small and I initiate return bit till now from more than two weeks no one call me and no one support when I call SSS and complain no any action by them just stacking complain numbers.
Lesson learned to not pay from them at all.

Good collection, and I'm a regular shopper. But I must warn you the staff might know what you're looking for unless you show the a picture or SKU number if you're going to buy a particular item. Also I rather find the place unfriendly.. However I compromised it because of their collection. However if you're looking for a particular brand, I recommend to visit the brand's own shop where you might find expert help from the crew.
