Been here but couldn't find the photos, anyway the food is delicious, we ordered nutella crepe and frappucino and a lot more.

We watched the show and we enjoyed it very much.

Great experience having Iftar in this restaurant.
Cozy Place, Great Location, Nice View, Friendly Staff and to top it all excellent food selection/quality and taste! The Management was also kind to let the staff have iftar after the guest. Keep up the good work! Will definitely come back!

Unfortunately very bad experience
1. The sound of the songs is very loud.
2. After Less than 15 min, the staff started organizing a birthday party in the middle of the cafe with a loud voice and disrespect for the people in the restaurant.

Staff very rude, we asked if it's a smoking area inside and they assured us it's not smoking. minutes later someone ordered sheesha and they brought it to them!!! we told them how come and the answer was u can go out if you want!!! horrible place! dont take your family there.

The location sets the mood. Open area seating available. There is covered seating too. Good ambience. Staff is friendly. Food will be served quick.
Food was okay. Quality was good, but you wish there was more of quantity. Infact the view and surroundings will make the food more enjoyably specially if the weather is good. Its on th upper side if come to cost, but not expensive.
Washroom available. Ample parking area.

Great place, fantastic service and delicious food!!! We would like to thank Miss Heba, for very good costumer service. Passion fruit mojito is nice! Shish tawook is so tasty. We'll surely go back again. Thank you!

I had great time there. Food is great Zizo was our server he’s so helpful and super active always smiling and made sure we were happy.

Great lounge that is on the PP network. I made a advanced booking as was traveling Easter time. I paid 6 pounds and it included priority security. The lounge is modest in size but has comfortable seating and several dining tables. There’s a good size terrace but it was raining so we stayed indoors. The food selection was good - for breakfast they had sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans, assorted croissants/bread, various cereals and juices. Decent wine selection - serve yourself - Chilean white and reds were great. Hard liquor was gin, rum, whisky and various mixers including a variety of fever tree tonic waters. There was beer and cider on tap. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall this is a great lounge that is still accepting PP and so a good choice if flying through LGW.

Decent breakfast spread and delicious hot coco. It was relatively full when we walked in. No couches available, but after about 20 minutes someone left and we claimed a couch. Enjoyed some scrambled eggs, potato bites, and pancakes made by a robot. By the time we were heading out the place was packed. We got in free through priority pass but others were paying £6 others were paying £25. Nice place to hang out, but make sure your headphones are charged! It gets noisy.

Cool & comfy seating area, various food options. I visited here for the first time before my early flight in the morning and even though I didn’t have much of the breakfast, but there is a hot buffet & fruit/pastry/cereal corner.

Tasty hot food,nice selection of drinks ,stuff trying hard to supply the fresh food and clear table ,lots of charging points ,nice view! But I think the music is too loud there .

Was not to busy which was nice and had access to outside area which was novel. Food was basic but did a job and access to drinks when you wanted was good. Nachos was a novel item but the cheese ran out ????. Will use again on lounge key. Seating was plentiful and very comfortable.

The whole experience was very poor. On our arrival to my lounge on the 30th June. The person at the entrance greeted us and checked our booking then he said he was going to check our table was ready. He then came back and said there wasn't any free table but we could go and have a look for any spaces and ask if we could join different tables, which was unceptable considering there was 6 of us in our party. Once had found spaces on different tables. We went to get some food which was very minimal and not alot there. We had to ask a staff member several times if there was anymore food coming out to be told yes, it would be out in abit. Following this experience at my ,we will be using my lounge.

We always book a lounge to fly and I thought we’d try a cheaper option. I was really disappointed in this place. Only two red wines on offer, several whites, no sparkling as that is an extra cost, no bread or butter, and watch out for the early closing. The serve yourself is ok but you can’t ”pour your own pint” as advertised because the glasses aren’t that large. Also the drinks are not replenished, so at one point I waited 5 minutes as both the reds were empty and nobody was checking. I think the cleanliness was also not up to the standard I’m used to in lounges.
Another point, and my bad for not noticing when I booked but just in case you wanted to stay for one minute past the closing time they set the fire alarm off and had to “evacuate”. (We were out by 2pm and it had been going off for a minute by then) Seriously. A fire alarm that doesn’t affect the rest of an international airport at the time they are due to close. Seems one hell of a coincidence. I wonder what the fire service would have to say about this.
Also rather irritated that I was sold delayed departure insurance that eliminated have been unusable. Would avoid this place in the future. Slightly cheaper than the alternatives but a false economy.

I read carefully over the reviews before posting mine and i disagree with a lot of the negative feedback others have given.

1. Getting in was nice and easy, Doorman scanned our booking passes and boom - we were in. Took literally 1 minute.
2. Staff have been very helpful, welcoming and kind. When I asked about where I could buy cigarettes one of their staff offered me one (thanks Steph!)
3. Food and drinks are good. It's not high end restaurant food, but it was actually quite good. Only thing id suggest here is bigger selection of beer. Other than that you can get cider, wine, soft drinks, coffee/tea, mix your own cocktail.

Perfectly fine lounge for the price, thanks guys. Made our layover a lot more chill and enjoyable.
