Discrimination at its finest.

Booked and payed for 2 boats only to be told they run a "no male only" boat policy.

The staff member told us that if we found a woman / kid to go on each boat with us then they would of allowed us to go out on the boats. What a joke.

Absolutely brilliant! Went out with one of the kids and it was amazing. Really good value, especially if the boat has a full capacity of 6. Alex who gave us the briefing was exceptionally helpful. Boats are easy to steer and control. Would definitely recommend.

Went today with 2 friends.
Asked if they had any boats available to hire.

“We do have boats to hire. Just not to a group of males. Read the sign, it goes in to great detail why”

Not even a sorry or an explanation.
Just read the small print at the bottom of our stand and move on.

Friend down from Australia and thought it would be a nice activity for the 3 of us.
3 guys in their early 30’s on a Tuesday morning.
Hardly going to cause a riot.

Website states you can access the boat if you bring a female companion mind.

Won’t bother in future.
Avoid.

Hired the self drive boat out for 30 minutes which was £39 per boat. Also £50 deposit. The lady said she’d transfer me the £50 deposit back but it’s been over a week now and still the money has not come back. I called her and she said she’s sent out the refund but nothing has come back. Wouldn’t bother as they do not send the deposit back! I even made sure i was definitely getting my refund back after using the boat so there was no excuse of her saying I trashed the boat.

Amazing experience only £37 for 6 people. There was only two of us so we paid 18.50 each. I would of Glady paid £30 per person easily. You get to drive the boat yourself and although it's Abit daunting at first the boat is very easy to drive Because it doesn't go very fast. Cannot wait to do it again will probably be back next week to do it again with more people.

Had a lovely boat ride with my family!! The route may seem complicated at first but you have a map with you on the boat, which makes the route clear and easy to follow. Fantastic service! Alex, specifically, made us feel at ease and greeted us with a friendly face!! Definitely recommend.

Uninformed staff let myself and a group of 8 book and pay for 2 boats, only to be told just as we were getting our life jackets that a new policy means they can't hire to male only groups.
Then had to wait for the manager who can't be bothered to be on-site to issue a refund over the phone.
Shameful service

We had just finished food down cardiff bay… finished the kids rides and the children wanted to go on a self driven boat.. Alex had accommodated a boat for us he was a gentleman and his customer service skills were second to none… also Lauren was amazing and she even stayed behind for the kids to enjoy fantastic company fantastic people
