Stay away from this place , it's easier for them to lie that to breath.
They kept me waiting for 3.5 months .
Hidden costs , not picking up the phone , not answering on WhatsApp and finally they keep sending you to anothe employe to avoid answering.

I came for issuing emirates Id and medical test for my maid. I’m writing this review while I’m waiting for only one staff who’s able to do my service to come back from his break. It has been 50min since I arrived. *Lack of employee*

They mistreat the maids at their office buy keeping them like slaves buy taking their phones and passport away and then they physically insult them

1 Non professional receptionist.
2 Not honest with exact price.
3 Must done all emigration steps with them otherwise warranty not valid.
4 Only accept cash.
5 They will give you written serial number but no screen to know when your turn.

لم يعجبني لا انصح لايعطونك المعلومات الكامله عن الاجراءات كل شخص يقول ماعرف حتي اللي بالرسبشن وكاونترات المكاتب لي يوردون الخدم بس همهم يضمنون انك تدفع فلوس وعقب دبر نفسك مايوضحون لك الخطوه الثانيه اول اخر تعامل ولا يقولون المبلغ الكامل عشان تخلص الاجراءات كله ماندري !!!!! وحتي كاونترات بدون ارقام توكن بشاشه فقط ورقي ولا يزقرون بالرقم واخر شي كاونترين بس طباعات حق اذونات الدخول و الاقامه

لا تتعاملون معاهم والا بتندمون ما في مصداقية عندهم يلعبون بالإجراءات خلوني اكنسل خادمة مرة عليها ٦ شهور و وعدوني ببديل. بعد ما خلصت الاجراءات سحبوا علي و ما عطوني بديل قالوا روح اشتكي.
